"Not a good neighbor deny delayed devalue Melissa East and her team out of Atlanta Georgia was assigned to my claim after I rejected their initial total settlement offer and filed an internal complaint in retaliation and unethical policy procedures they offered me considerably less definitely would not recommend to anyone sure you save a little money now is it really worth it if you are unfortunate like I am and have to file a claim"

"I had a rock hit my windshield on the highway and crack it dead set in front of the driver’s view. I contacted Marissa and she instantly got me set up with a repair. When the repair was well-done but still visible in my sight, she coordinated a FREE windshield replacement within days! She’s saved our family on our rates and has been amazing with service needs! Highly recommend!"

"Heather did a great job . I called on phone and needed to do a change to beneficiaries on my life policy.. Said she needed toput putme on hold for a few minutes and thats what it was not 15 !
